DELIVERY PROCEDURE AND POLICY

DELIVERIES WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA:

  • The shipping cost is indicated on the checkout page before purchase.
  • For courier delivery, the cost is generally R150, Postnet to Postnet, anywhere in South Africa, less than 5kg is R99.00.
  • Free delivery on purchases above R1000.
  • Delivery charges may differ depending on a variety of factors, including product type, price, as well as area.
  • Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be confirmed within 24 Hours by way of Email.
  • Orders will be dispatched between 1 – 7 working days from date of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • Timelines depend on your location.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
1.) Incorrect delivery address provided by customer.

  • We will not be held responsible should parcels be signed for and collected at the delivery address provided.
    If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to reschedule the shipping.
  • Please note that you will be held responsible for the delivery fee again before the parcel is re-shipped to you.
  • Therefore, it is essential that you ensure that the correct shipping address is provided.

2.) Customer does not collect the parcel from Postnet within the period required.

  • Should you not collect your parcel from the Postnet within 30 days, Postnet will dispose of the parcel.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1.) The provision of goods and services is subject to availability.

  • In cases of unavailability, we will let the client know within 24 Hours.

2.) If something is faulty or the incorrect item/s were shipped

  • First of all, sorry, this is our mistake, we will happily make things right, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with a receipt of proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items should be shipped back to us in their original packaging.
  • Should you have a valid reason to return the product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Notification after 7 days will result in the return not being authorised.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a refund payment will be made, within a certain amount of days.
  • Please be sure to read the product specifications before placing an order as we will not accept the return of an undesired item ordered.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to us without written agreement.

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED: (if applicable)

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
